Fastest: in the app

Settings → Privacy → Export my data. You get a downloadable archive of your profile, twin assets, transcripts and memories within [30] days (usually minutes). No form needed.

If you can't sign in

Tell us how to identify your account. We verify identity before releasing anything, and we never send personal data to an address that is not on the account.

You also have the right to correct your data and to withdraw consent for your twin's photo and voice at any time (delete removes them).
