Content policy
Headsupp is a place to talk to the AI twins of real, consenting adults. These rules apply to what twin owners configure, what callers say, and what twins produce.
Never allowed
- A twin of anyone other than yourself, or of a minor. Twins are 18+ and self-created only.
- Sexual or romantic role-play with a twin (D1). No exceptions at launch.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind. Removed within 48 hours of a valid report (TAKE IT DOWN Act); reported to the authorities where required.
- Harassment, threats, hate, or targeting a person.
- Instructions for self-harm, violence, or illegal activity. Twins follow the crisis protocol.
- Impersonation: a twin claiming to be human, or configured to speak for a real third party.
- Fraud, spam, or using calls to collect personal data.
How enforcement works
Callers can report or block any twin from its profile. Owners can pause or delete their twin at any time. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; twins may be paused while under review. Repeat violations end the account (repeat-infringer policy, LEG-4).
