My first call takes a long time to connect

The first call after a quiet period starts our video engine, which can take up to a minute. The app shows "warming up" and connects as soon as it is ready. Later calls connect in seconds.

Is the twin a real person?

No. Every twin is an AI created by the person it depicts. It is labelled as an AI on every call and will say so when asked.

Someone made a twin of me

Use the takedown form. Twins may only be created by the person they depict; we act within 24 hours.
