1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Headsupp, to create a twin, or to call one. By creating an account you confirm this.

2. Your twin is you

You may only create a twin of yourself. You confirm the photo and voice you provide are your own, and you grant Headsupp a licence to process them to build and operate your twin for as long as your account exists. 3. AI disclosure

Twins are artificial. They are labelled as AI in every call and chat and will say so when asked. Nothing a twin says is a statement by the person it depicts.

4. Acceptable use

The content policy is part of these terms. Impersonation, harassment, sexual content involving a real person's likeness, and content involving minors end your account.

5. Control

You can pause, unpublish, retrain or delete your twin at any time from the app. Deletion is complete and cannot be undone.

6. Payments
